They have reported the issue on Google forum to get some instant solution. Google in reply to their queries has confirmed that there is an outage problem reported in Google server from their end and they are responsible for this problem. The company, however, is looking into the matter and examining the issue carefully. The exact details of the issue, type of outage has not been disclosed by the company to the customers so far.

on 27th at 7:00 PM: It has been affirmed by the Google that there is some outage problem which occurred due to the problem in the backend system. The company technical executives are searching for the potential solution so that the same problem doesn’t happen again.
Google in the next morning has added a new statement in which they have mentioned that the solution has been found out and the same is going to be posted in another 6 hours.
